Isn't It A Pity?
Friending -- I like to keep my flist small to maintain a good relationship with each friend. I won't friend you back if we don't have enough in common, if you use netspeak, or if you make no effort to give comments instead of just taking them. If you're friended by me, understand you're on a 'probation period'. See 'Defriending'. Please don't be offended if I don't add you back, it's nothing personal.
Defriending -- I will defriend at will and without warning due to lack of interaction or loss of common ground. If I friend you I'll read your entries and within, say, two weeks I'll either keep you as a friend or defriend you if I feel we won't be compatible in the long run. Again, please don't be offended if I defriend you, it's not personal as I still think you're all wonderful people. It's just I don't have the time to keep up with everyone.
