this journal is friends only for a number of reasons. this journal is my "captain's log" so i can look back and see where i was or what was i doing on a certain day. i'm a shy person and i don't trust easily. i lead a very monotonous life with few news worthy breaks and i rather bore people who i think wouldn't mind on a weekly basis. i curse, i squee, and i talk about fandoms almost non-stop. if this sounds right up your alley, feel free to leave a comment for consideration in this entry.

defriending: i will defriend at will and without warning due to lack of interaction or loss of common ground. again, please don't be offended if i defriend you, it's not personal as i still think you're all wonderful people. it's just i don't have the time to keep up with everyone.

trial period: if i friend you i'll read your entries and within, say, two weeks (or shorter I find the difference is obvious) i'll either keep you as a friend or defriend you if I feel we won't be compatible in the long run.
